Double Vision, MB is the data controller for personal data processed under this Privacy Policy.
2. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data when you:
- visit the Strivios website,
- use the Strivios creator dashboard (available only to approved roster creators),
- connect your YouTube account via Google OAuth,
- access or are presented in brand/client decks shared via secure token links,
- communicate with us by email or other means.
3. Personal Data We Collect
A) Creators (Roster-only dashboard users)
If you are an approved creator on the Strivios roster, we may process:
Identity & profile data
- Name or display name
- Username / channel handle
- Country and language
- Creator niches and internal notes you provide
Contact & logistics
- Email address (if provided)
- Shipping address and phone number (for collaboration-related product deliveries)
Pricing & availability
- Pricing rates you enter for different deliverables
Social links
- Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter) URLs
YouTube / Google data (via OAuth and YouTube APIs)
When you explicitly connect your YouTube account, we access and process data such as:
- Channel ID, handle, custom URL
- Total channel views and total video count
- Last video upload date
- Followers / subscribers
- Performance metrics (e.g. views, uploads, engagement rate, likes, comments, shares, average view duration, subscribers gained/lost)
- Audience analytics: age groups, gender distribution, top countries, device type
This data is stored primarily as processed snapshots (numeric metrics and structured JSON summaries), not full raw API responses.
B) Brand / Client Deck Visitors
When a brand or client accesses a Deck via a secure token link, we may collect:
- Name and email address provided for access
- Deck token used
- Timestamp of access
- IP address and browser/device information
This data is used for security, auditability, and to understand Deck usage.
C) Website Visitors
When you visit the Website, we may automatically collect:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Device and operating system
- Pages visited and interaction data
- Date and time of access
This information is used for security, stability, and basic operational purposes.
D) Communications
If you contact us or if we contact you directly (including outreach to creators or brands), we may process:
- Name
- Email address
- Message content and attachments
4. How We Use Your Personal Data
We process personal data to:
- Operate and maintain the Strivios platform
- Provide the creator dashboard to approved roster creators
- Connect and sync YouTube analytics via OAuth (only with creator authorization)
- Generate and share creator shortlists with brands via Decks
- Manage collaboration logistics (e.g. shipping of products)
- Monitor Deck access for security and audit purposes
- Communicate with creators and brands
- Protect Strivios against fraud, abuse, and technical issues
5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
We process personal data under the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps
(providing creator dashboard features and collaboration support) - Legitimate interests
(platform security, fraud prevention, Deck access monitoring, business communications) - Consent
(connecting a YouTube account via OAuth; non-essential cookies where applicable) - Legal obligation

6. Google / YouTube Data and OAuth
A) YouTube API Services
Strivios uses YouTube API Services, including the YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics API, to retrieve channel and analytics data after a creator explicitly authorizes access via Google OAuth.

B) Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)
Strivios’ use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In particular:
- Google-derived data is used only to provide Strivios features visible to creators and brands.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising or ad targeting.
- Access is limited to what is necessary to operate Strivios functionality.

C) Disconnecting and Revoking Access
Creators can disconnect their YouTube account within Strivios. Upon disconnect:
- OAuth tokens are deleted
- Stored YouTube analytics snapshots are deleted
Creators can also revoke Strivios’ access at any time via their Google Account security settings.
7. Sharing of Data
We do not sell personal data.
A) Deck Sharing
Creators may appear in Decks shared with brands or clients. Decks may include:
- Channel link
- Country and language
- Followers / subscribers
- Performance metrics (e.g. last 30 days views, uploads, engagement, likes, comments, shares)
- Last upload date
- Total channel views and videos
- Niches
- Audience demographics (age, gender, country, device)
Shipping address and phone number are not shared in Decks.
B) Service Providers
We use trusted service providers acting as data processors, including:
- Hosting: Hostinger
- Email: Google (Gmail / Google Workspace)
They process data only on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.
8. International Data Transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Where required, transfers are protected using appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary:
- YouTube analytics snapshots: retained for 90 days, unless deleted earlier
- OAuth tokens: retained only while connected; deleted on disconnect
- Deck access logs (name, email, IP, access metadata): retained for 12 months
- Creator dashboard data (pricing, socials, shipping, notes, niches): retained while the creator remains on the roster and uses Strivios
Upon deletion request, we remove personal data unless limited retention is required for legal or security reasons.
10. Your Rights Under GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

11. Data Export
Data Export
Creators can export a copy of their personal data directly from the Strivios dashboard.
The export is available in a structured, machine-readable CSV format and includes the personal data associated with the creator’s account and connected services.
12. Security Measures
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
While no system can guarantee absolute security, we actively work to reduce risks.
13. Cookies and Consent
We use cookies necessary for website functionality and security.
Where required by law, consent is requested before placing non-essential cookies.
We recommend using a widely adopted WordPress consent solution such as Complianz or CookieYes to manage cookie consent properly.
14. Children
Strivios is not intended for users under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
