This Privacy Policy explains how Strivios collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you:

• visit the Strivios website
• use the Strivios creator dashboard
• connect your YouTube account through Google OAuth
• appear in creator rosters or brand decks generated by Strivios
• communicate with Strivios via email or other means

This policy applies to creators, brands, and visitors interacting with the Strivios platform.


3. Personal Data We Collect

A. Creator Dashboard Users

If you are an approved creator on the Strivios roster, we may process the following data.

Identity and profile data

• Name or display name
• Channel handle / username
• Country and language
• Creator niches and notes you provide

Contact and logistics data

• Email address (if provided)
• Shipping address and phone number (only for collaboration logistics)

Pricing and availability

• Pricing information for deliverables you enter in the dashboard

Social links

• Links to social profiles such as Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter)


B. YouTube Data (via Google OAuth)

When a creator explicitly connects their YouTube account, Strivios retrieves read-only data from YouTube APIs.

The following information may be processed:

Channel information
• Channel ID
• Channel handle / custom URL
• Channel avatar and basic metadata

Channel performance metrics
• Subscriber count
• Total channel views
• Total video count
• Last video upload date

Content performance metrics
• Video views
• Engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares)
• Upload frequency
• Average view duration
• Subscribers gained or lost

Audience analytics
• Audience age groups
• Gender distribution
• Top viewer countries
• Device type distribution

This information is typically stored as processed metrics and structured summaries, not full raw API responses.


C. Deck Access Visitors (Brands or Clients)

When a brand or client opens a creator deck via a secure link, we may collect:

• Name and email provided to access the deck
• Access token identifier
• Timestamp of access
• IP address
• Browser and device information

This data is used for security, auditing, and understanding deck engagement.


D. Website Visitors

When you visit the Strivios website, certain technical data may be automatically collected:

• IP address
• Browser type and version
• Device and operating system
• Pages visited
• Time and date of access

This information helps maintain website security and stability.


E. Communications

If you contact us or we communicate with you, we may process:

4. How We Use Personal Data

• operate and maintain the Strivios platform
• provide the creator dashboard to approved creators
• connect and synchronize YouTube analytics via OAuth
• generate creator shortlists and rosters for brands
• share creator analytics in secure brand decks
• manage collaboration logistics (for example product shipping)
• monitor deck access for security and auditing
• communicate with creators and brands
• protect the platform against fraud, abuse, or technical issues


5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

We rely on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Performance of a contract
Providing creator dashboard functionality and collaboration support.

Legitimate interests
Platform security, fraud prevention, deck access monitoring, and communication with creators or brands.

Connecting a YouTube account via OAuth and processing related analytics data.

Where retention or disclosure is required by applicable law.


6. Google / YouTube Data and OAuth

A. YouTube API Services

Strivios uses YouTube API Services, including:

• YouTube Data API v3
• YouTube Analytics API

These APIs are used only after a creator explicitly authorizes access through Google OAuth.

B. OAuth Scopes Requested

Strivios requests the following Google OAuth scopes:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly
Allows access to read-only channel information such as channel ID, handle, and metadata.

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly
Allows access to aggregated YouTube Analytics data such as audience demographics and performance metrics.

These permissions are read-only and cannot modify channel content.


C. Limited Use Compliance

Strivios’ use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular:

• Google user data is used only to provide Strivios platform functionality
• Google user data is not sold
• Google user data is not used for advertising or ad targeting
• Access to Google user data is limited to what is necessary to operate Strivios services

D. No Token Sharing

OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely and are never shared with brands or third parties.

Brands only receive aggregated analytics information and creator profile data, not access to Google accounts or raw API responses.


E. Revoking Access

Creators may revoke Strivios’ access at any time.

This can be done through the Google account settings:

Google Account → Security → Third-party access → remove Strivios.

Creators can also disconnect their YouTube account from within the Strivios dashboard.

When a creator disconnects their account:

• OAuth tokens are deleted
• stored YouTube analytics snapshots are removed


7. Sharing of Data

Strivios does not sell personal data.

A. Deck Sharing with Brands

Creators may appear in private decks shared with brands or clients.

These decks may include:

• channel link
• country and language
• subscriber counts
• performance metrics (views, uploads, engagement)
• audience demographics (age, gender, country, device)
• niches or content categories

Sensitive information such as shipping addresses or phone numbers is never shared in decks.


B. Service Providers

We use trusted service providers to operate the platform.

Examples include:

Hosting provider: Hostinger
Email provider: Google Workspace (Gmail)

These providers act as data processors and process personal data only under our instructions.


8. International Data Transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are applied, such as:

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
• adequacy decisions issued by the European Commission


9. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary.

Typical retention periods include:

YouTube analytics snapshots
Retained for up to 90 days

OAuth tokens
Stored only while the account is connected and deleted upon disconnection

Deck access logs
Retained for up to 12 months

Creator dashboard information
Retained while the creator remains on the Strivios roster and uses the platform

Data may be retained longer where required by law or for security purposes.


10. Your Rights Under GDPR

You have the right to:

• access your personal data
• correct inaccurate data
• request deletion of your data
• restrict processing
• object to processing
• request data portability
• withdraw consent at any time

11. Security Measures
