1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Strivios website and platform, available at https://strivios.com (the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including:
- Visitors to the public website
- Creators using the Strivios dashboard
- Brands, agencies, or clients accessing creator lists via private deck links
- Any other users interacting with Strivios services
3. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You may use the Platform if you are 16 years of age or older.
Users under the age of 16 may only use the Platform with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian. Strivios may request confirmation of such consent at any time and may suspend or terminate access if consent cannot be verified.
4. Description of the Service
Strivios is a creator discovery and influencer-matching platform that:
- Allows creators to manage profiles and connect third-party accounts (e.g. YouTube)
- Enables Strivios to curate creator rosters and data-driven recommendations
- Provides brands and clients with access to creator lists via private, token-based deck links
- Displays publicly available creator information and analytics snapshots for campaign-matching purposes
Strivios does not currently process payments on the Platform.
5. Accounts and Access
5.1 Creator Accounts
Creators may create an account and connect third-party services (such as YouTube). Creators are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their information.
Creators may request:
- Account deletion
- Disconnection of third-party services
- Full removal from the Strivios roster

5.2 Brand / Client Access via Deck Links
Brands and clients may access creator data via private deck links provided by Strivios.
- Deck links may be time-limited or revocable at any time, at Strivios’ discretion
- Deck access is personal and must not be shared publicly
- Unauthorized distribution or scraping of deck content is prohibited
6. Use of Cookies and Local Storage
Strivios uses cookies and similar technologies strictly to enable core functionality, including:
- Maintaining session state
- Saving shortlists and preferences
- Securing token-based access
Some functionality may not work without cookies enabled.

7. Communications
By using the Platform, you agree that Strivios may contact you via email for purposes related to:
- Platform functionality
- Account management
- Creator or campaign communication
- Operational or legal notices
These communications are not marketing newsletters unless explicitly stated.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Strivios Content
All Platform code, structure, design, branding, and original content are the exclusive property of Strivios or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
8.2 Creator Content
Creators retain full ownership of their own content, channels, and media.
By joining Strivios, creators grant Strivios a limited, non-exclusive right to:
- Display creator names, public links, and analytics snapshots
- Include such information in private decks shared with brands
- Use the data solely for creator discovery and campaign-matching purposes
No ownership of creator content is transferred.
9. Data Accuracy and Analytics
Analytics, estimates, rankings, and audience insights shown on the Platform are based on available data sources and may be approximate.
Strivios does not guarantee:
- Absolute accuracy
- Future performance
- Campaign outcomes
All decisions based on Platform data are made at the user’s own risk.
10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Access the Platform for unlawful purposes
- Scrape, harvest, or resell data
- Circumvent security or access controls
- Share private deck links publicly
- Impersonate others or provide false information
Strivios may suspend or terminate access for violations.
11. Termination
Strivios may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, where required to protect the Platform, users, or legal compliance.
Creators may request account or roster removal at any time.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strivios disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Strivios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- If no fees have been paid by a user, Strivios’ total liability shall be limited to €0
- Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the minimum amount required by law
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Lithuania.
15. Changes to These Terms
Strivios may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
